Algarrobo is a coastal city located in the Valparaíso region, in Chile.
Known for its beautiful beach and iconic flower clock, this city is a popular summer vacation destination.
It has several tourist attractions, such as the Railway Museum, the Casa de Isla Negra (formerly owned by the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda) and the La Ballena Archaeological Site.
To get to Algarrobo you can take Route 68 from Santiago, the Chilean capital, and then Route F-90. There are also buses that leave from Santiago and other nearby cities.
Algarrobo is located on the Pacific coast, south of the city of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, and north of the city of San Antonio. Its strategic location makes it an ideal starting point to explore the central coast of Chile.
