To get to Los Angeles from Santiago, you can take a flight to the Carriel Sur Airport in Concepción, and from there take a bus or taxi that travels the 50 km to Los Angeles.
It is also possible to take a bus directly from the Santiago Bus Terminal to Los Angeles, which takes around 6 hours. By car, you can take Route 5 South to the south, and then take the exit for Los Angeles.
The city also has a bus terminal that connects with various cities in the country.
