Victoria is a city located in the Araucanía Region, in southern Chile.
Founded in 1881, it was created from the union of several nearby towns and settlements.
Throughout its history, it has been an important center of agricultural and livestock activity, as well as the production of wool and handicrafts.
It has also played a prominent role in the history of the Mapuche people and their struggle for land and autonomy.
Today, Victoria is an important service and trade center for the region.
