Ancud is a commune and city on the Isla Grande de Chiloé, in the Los Lagos Region of Chile.

The location of Ancud is at the northern end of the Isla Grande de Chiloé, about 1,000 km south of Santiago.
Ancud can be reached by car via Ruta 5 Sur and then via Ruta 5 to the west towards the island of Chiloé.
