There are several options to get to Arica:
By plane: Arica has the Chacalluta International Airport, which receives direct flights from Santiago de Chile and other major cities in Chile. There are also flights from Lima, Peru.
By bus: Arica has a bus station that offers services from nearby cities in Chile and Peru.
By car: It is possible to drive to Arica from other cities in Chile, through Ruta 5 Norte, one of the main highways in the country.
By train: Currently, there are no trains that go directly to Arica. However, you can take the train from Santiago to the city of Iquique, and then continue by bus or car to Arica.
