Copiapó is a city located in the Atacama Region, in northern Chile.
It is located approximately 800 kilometers north of Santiago, the capital of the country.
In addition, it is located a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean coast and has important natural attractions in its surroundings, such as the Huasco Valley and the Nevado Tres Cruces National Park.
