To get to Putre, you can take a flight to Arica, the nearest city, and from there take a bus or colectivo that travels the 130 km that separate Arica from Putre.
It can also be reached by car from Arica, taking Route 11-CH. The trip lasts approximately two and a half hours and takes a mountain road with beautiful landscapes.
Another option is to take a bus from the Santiago Bus Terminal, the trip lasts approximately 19 hours.
